WHATS INSIDE
- A fading ink pen, designed to carry your story as it gently disappears
- Textured papyrus paper, reminiscent of ancient wisdom and sacred expression
- Woven seagrass pot, representing grounding and growth from the earth up
- Flower seeds, messengers of hope, healing, and transformation, and lastly
- A note from me and a private healing ritual to follow.

How it began
Inspired by my own longing for healing
I stumbled on this idea while gardening in my backyard one late spring afternoon. I was thinking about how people have an experience—they suffer adversity, a difficult start in life, or are confronted with challenges —and that’s where many stop. They fixate on what happened or the obstacles in their path, and everything turns sour. They get caught up in the blame game rather than moving foward. Nature too suffers adversity, yet somehow still persists despite numerous catastrophes. Nor does nature seek sympathy or understanding, nor permission, or apologies from anyone to grow once more. What if we could take a leaf from their book?
